I hope everyone is doing okay. There’s a lot of issues unraveling recently after they all noticed I came with a big arsenal of experience. I cannot believe the lack of training and no guidance, but it’s an opportunity for them to learn from me. To learn the compliance and more than just charging an account. These projects come with rules and compliance for a reason. We have to be good stewards of the spending and staying on track.

There are ways to be creative without looking like you’re scheming with purchasing something. The expenses have to have a purpose and benefit to the project then tell me that. Don’t be silent they are legitimate. If you weren’t sure then why did you make the purchase? Or is it me you don’t want to deal with. Of course I’m having to solve the compliance issue with them. Although I understand there is no proper training or guidance things are not registering for a couple of them despite my guidance. They don’t check if the requests are completed, they don’t follow up, and wait for me to do it, I have to. 😑 I do it because the project is ending on 8/31/25 and I have to capture each expense that applies.

It’s frustrating that either they don’t know or don’t want to learn of being curious, 🤨 ask questions 🙋‍♀️, demand answers or explanation, and double-check ✅ their own work. There’s expenses that have not been posted and it’s ‼️ alarming to me how many it is. Let’s get to work now. All the Best!
