I hope everyone is doing okay. I am all over the place. My mind is running so fast. I can’t settle it from so many thoughts of the day and organizing my mind to even write this entry. Most of the staff don’t know how to do the work or don’t want to do their job and I have to take it over and complete it. It’s my responsibility in the end because the mental health project is ending on the last day of this month. All legitimate expenses are to be posted and the financial report submitted to the sponsor.

Whatever help I didn’t get internally in my department which they tested my patience and I have been keeping my 🆒. I did get help from the accounts payable (A/P) and purchasing departments which understand the importance of the account and the end date especially the young guy from A/P. He’s been processing and approving back to back for me. He has been wonderful so I started my day all tied up and he helped unravel a lot of it.

The purchasing department is assisting with closing old purchase orders, any duplicates, providing documents, and closing encumbrances pretty quickly. Nice 😊 to have back up. All the Best!
