I hope everyone is doing okay.

It’s nice to see what happens when you respond with respect (Blog 7/16/25) and they think about why attempted to do to cause drama especially when she needs something. I can tell by the way she reached out to me via email reads, “Hey, ET, sorry to bother you.” I get the email at 5pm. It’s really no bother. I don’t need her to feel bad for the way she behaved via email yesterday or have any emotion. If it’s my job then I’ll take care of it. People forget we’re all going through something, I certainly am, but I refrain from being ugly or dramatic toward her because I know she’s with child. I disagree with a lot of the structure she’s created as a business operations person because it’s only caused chaos and confusion because she’s not familiar with the job roles.

I don’t say anything because I know it won’t go well for me and a battle I’m not willing to take on. I only want to do my job and go home. It may mean taking on a culture at work and only to be ousted. All the Best!
