I hope everyone is doing okay. I’m understanding and seeing that no matter what I do, clean up, or put every possible effort into restructuring the accounts the medical doctor who I will name “LAU” will not be happy. She has tried to break me, indirectly insult me, and it’s ongoing. She might believe she’s witty, but continues to get after me by alluding we cannot continue to operate this way. The plan and progress doesn’t matter to her, she jumps to respond instead of listening.

She hasn’t paid any attention to anything done on my part for the past 3 months despite being consistent in my message and giving her a recap of the previous work. She just wants to be angry. Why me?

It doesn’t matter now, as of today. As of today I stepped back and ignore her comments. It has been a revolving door at this place. The people that really care, work, strive to do well are the ones they piss on. She can find someone new if she chooses. I began to push back and put a stop to her childish behavior before she creates a quiet riot in my mind. I ended my call with them saying, “I guess we should just stop and let it fail?” The look in their face was priceless. All the Best!
