I hope everyone is doing okay. These last couple days I’m having to be patient and go with the flow. I did learn a few things this week and my boss is trying to get me up to speed.
Just today I began to feel better about my role. I’m sure there is a lot more to learn, but I have to take it in doses. I am adapting and making appropriate adjustments. I followed my intuition and took risks. I created a start up plan, organize, and tackling what is priority.
I realized that I have to centralize all the information and begin disseminating to others that I need follow up, data, and information from them to begin tracking. I am feeling better and comfortable, assured at what I’m doing.
