I hope everyone is doing okay. Back into action today. Another day of budgets training and most of it didn’t make sense to me with all the acronyms. At noon I began entering payroll for people who are working on a new project for the next budget year’s forecast. The day prior I attended a payroll training in which I understood nothing because the trainer was going too fast for me and I got lost due to so many click I fell behind. LOL! I gave up. Today I practiced both watching my co-worker and then did hands-on data entry, finally making sense.

I met with an investigator and I was asked if I was ready to begin meeting them? I became a bit nervous because I just started 3 weeks ago and I still don’t have a good grasp of the finances. I began to doubt myself. I guess I’ll have to give it my best shot. What worries me is that I don’t have the history of each account. The rest of the my day was spent in meetings, putting me behind.

It was 4pm and I had not yet completed my monthly report for a project that is coming due tomorrow. I got home at 7pm, ate dinner quickly, and did VPN to get back online to finish the report, completed at 8:45pm. Not time for myself. All the Best!
