Interview #2 & #3 – 11/21/24

I hope everyone is doing okay.

Today I had a 1 hour and 40-minute interviews. I beat the last record of an interview that went 1 hour and 20 minutes. I met with 2 people today. First-hand experience is critical when interviewing. From so many interviews I’ve done during my work career it’s been good practice and learned to read people and what they want to know and bring out during actual interviews. You get better and it’s less stressful.

I was surprised at the support even as a candidate I received during the interviews and of course I did praise the team members I already met. The interviews gave me a glimpse of the type of people who I could potentially collaborate and work for. I understand others that came before me didn’t meet the expectation and want they want to find the right person to fill the position, and I made it clear I am that person. I have been through situations what I had to clean up 3 or more years of back log work because no one could do the job.

I left my last job because I wasn’t even thanked for the hard work and shows a lot from the people that work there. I had enough of the tongue lashings coming from different directions.

The young lady was impressed with my work examples, and I gave very specific examples because I really did do the work. You can never forget hands-on work in any form of work, personal, and achievements. I’m not looking for praise, but an opportunity to belong with people who are worth it, like-minded, and that will talk the talk and walk the walk. It was a fresh of breath air to hear everyone seems to carry their own weight. I left feeling really good. I’m waiting to hear news, again. I hope it’s good too! All the Best!
