I hope everyone is doing okay.

I have come to understand what sets us apart. My communication and passion I bring to this job. I thought that she was taking care of this task. I inherited the corporate card expense reports beginning this month. It all has come crashing down on her. I come out on top each time I take on a challenge at work.

The supervisor has added clearing expense report to my workload and cannot understand how I do it to meet and exceed each of her expectations. I come out on top because I communicate with anyone despite the title, hierarchy, and class. My communication is courteous, kind, and patient. She has been waiting for me to crash. She doesn’t know how I do it even though I have already explained it to her. The extra steps is what sets us apart. The sad part is that she doesn’t do half of what I do, I do it by choice.
