I hope everyone is doing okay. I notice that the people that do nothing to make change get the promotion and the ones that work hard and are actually qualified to promote are not. We are often forced to be stuck, sabotage, and talk about us. I try not to think that this is happening to me and I hope not, but I also wouldn’t be surprised if it does happen.

I try my best, provide great customer service, personable, and passionate. Others have been credited for my work, cheeky, and close-minded about my work. For these reasons I have been eyeing other positions that I can apply for. I am ready to take a gamble. I am confident in my skillset so I should step out and see what else is out there.

I have only had one person that has supported me since day 1. I will gift her something for being amazing. I’m being pushed and pulled and it’s not fair, this person has never said no to me. It’s a volatile time for me because of the pressure and no thank you for it. I’m trying to keep it from all blowing up. It’s almost painful and I’m trying to stay focused on the work and balance the emotional. All the Best!
