I hope everyone is doing okay.

I have faith in what I’m doing, believe in myself and my quality of work. Investigator #2 as I’ll call her is nasty with her words and her sarcasm isn’t funny. She’s passive-aggressive and the most difficult type of person to deal with.

She doesn’t bother me and I’m glad to know I’m not her first target, it was my turn this time. She’s petty and cutthroat about the petty. I know what I’m doing is correct. Since day 1 that I met her, she’s been the same way. I’m not letting her take space in my mind, rent free. I’m on top of my game when it comes to her. Her emails to me have been ugly and disrespectful and because she didn’t meet her goals on her project, she’s taking it out on me. She won’t hire strong and qualified performer; you get what you pay for. She directs her anger on to me. I was being proactive at communicating to her about the balance and tasks were not being completed based on the contract agreement. I notified her in July due September 29, 2024, with more than enough time of the deadline to ask for an extension to request additional time.

She has tried to make me feel less than. She’s highly emotional and irrational. I’m not IT, payroll, and certainly not the president of the company. She should complain up not down. I don’t make the rules, and I am not in charge of technology infrastructure. Such drama. All the Best!
