I hope everyone is doing okay. Today was a strange day for me because I really don’t blog many good days when it comes to work. It was a good day though.

I didn’t get push back on a particular challenging task and surprisingly passed the approval process. She took the time to see the bigger picture I see, and we agreed we both wanted the same result. She wasn’t harsh with me this time around. I was stressed out, lacking direction and moved forward with my gut instinct and if it was wrong it was okay. I can fix it. I’m near the end.

I have faith. After almost one month of silence, I had a good chat the with supervisor. I was hesitant in the beginning of our talk, but I opened up. She did back away when I shared how much time, and effort had gone into this task. The many hours of meeting and talking with others to get some direction that she wasn’t able to provide. Her demeanor changed and I guess she had a change of heart?

It was a good change, I hope. The pastor talked about faith at church, and I focused on this and will continue to be my focus. All the Best!
