I hope everyone is doing okay. I don’t know why or how these challenges continue to happen to me? There is a reason why they might be happening. What is it that I am not seeing yet?

I try not to sweat the small stuff. It’s already almost expected that things happen to me if I involve her! I am traveling for a conference this week, arrived at the hotel for the desk clerk to tell me only one night has been paid on her credit card! I explained that the full amount of bill should have been charged to her company credit card. I had no other choice but to use my personal card. I got to the room, and I texted her the following about my dilemma, and I received the following response.

Her: “Did you take your Pcard?”

Me: “No, I’ll figure it out” (She adds a thumbs up emoji to my comment)

Her: “I think it was a deposit only.”

Her: “If I receive my pcard by Tuesday I’ll give you the number to charge instead of your personal.”

Me: “I got it, thanks.”

So, I knew something happened to her card and she said nothing to me about it. It had been compromised with fraudulent charges and never mentioned it. I heard it from my co-workers. Then, she must’ve thought I never traveled for work because she straight up tried to play me for a fool by saying it might just be a deposit. Does she really think the front desk clerk will take a credit card number without the card? My gosh! She really hasn’t traveled. I left it alone and asked my co-worker to help me out. Good thing my co-worker dealt with a situation like this before.
