I hope everyone is doing okay. Investigators are talking amongst each other about us. That’s good. I’m glad that we’re changing the way we operate and they see we’re working hard.

The supervisor was telling me that a couple investigators were speaking highly of her and myself. I really don’t need to hear anything through the grapevine. To me it means a lot more coming directly from them and I have in the recent past. They do appreciate my work and my tenacity.

She has not provided any input unless it’s in my evaluation. She struggles to motivate, speak up, and/or express to us and others her feedback of our work. It stopped shortly after I was on board 3 weeks. I don’t need it because I know it won’t be genuine. All the Best!
