I hope everyone is doing okay. I have a feeling of coming to the near end of a whole lot of clean up phase.

I have been working diligently to complete each task as its been directed by each investigator. Going from nothing to pending and completed in a fast rate of time, making fast decisions in collaboration with them. I am reflecting the past 12 weeks and compiling all I have done at work in the past to 3 goals as part of my performance evaluation of myself.

After all the work I put in, yes, I successfully executed the so many tasks left undone by my predecessor, yes, I am knowledgable at the systems and compliance, and yes, I have been able to understand and complete many milestones toward each of the investigator’s goals in a reasonable timeframe.

I’m sure it will be a shocker to the one person who thought I was bluffing. Welcome to the world of research. All the Best!
