I hope everyone is doing okay. I’m running things on my own, making the best decisions possible. Leading from my position attempting to create a work space of effective productivity.

I’m experimenting of what works and what doesn’t at the moment while protecting and keeping my reputation and that of my work intact. I cannot allow the one person that should support me now ruin what I have already implemented. I am attempting to create and build a successful team. I’m not afraid of pushing forward, confident with strong action. I am building and implementing a workflow from my vision board. I have thought and tweaked it for a while before I put it into practice. I am putting passion into what I have created and with grace, poised and have three leaders, not just one. It’s healthier, elevating the environment, no egos, and on alert. On the other hand, the person that should be leading wants to shine on her own. All the Best!
