I hope everyone is doing okay. I can’t control what others think of me, but I’ll let my work speak for itself. This week I feel I made some progress. People are beginning to see the good, the work, the communication and that I do operate very transparent.

I don’t know it all and I welcome any new information that otherwise I didn’t know before, some are open with me and I accept any tweaks to my style of work. I am grateful for the learning and growing experience.

I took big steps this week on my own and they worked out for me. I hope it continues at this pace each week. From my post 3/22/24, of the 15 that were outstanding I have 4 remaining to address. I’d say that’s progress. All the Best!
