I hope everyone is doing okay. I had to hold my laugh and not triggered whatsoever.
The investigator couldn’t hold back the emotions about her feeling regarding the organization that she is also a part of. We blunder a lot. LOL!
Although I understand the impatience expressed and upset at our supposed blunders. The person shook their head and hair violently. I couldn’t see half her face because it was in the dark. Also, mentioned that she continues to deal with our errors. I asked if she could provide us with some details or point us in the right direction. I am trying to work on pending tasks with her projects and do my due diligence to make the proper adjustments. She did not agree to provide any details. She attempted to shame me by saying she is 61 years old and had been doing this job so long, she’s a high ranking employee elsewhere too and I, in essence, didn’t have the right to ask.
I ended the conversation that I would address it via email. I laughed getting off the call. She’s boring and I have been through worse. She didn’t scare me one bit. I did address it via email and I copied the head of the department. That did the trick. I happen to be at the wrong place, at the wrong time because she must’ve been going through something. All the Best!
