I hope everyone is doing okay.

I just started this job. I have to be strong, confident and present. I’m being put on the spot and show my skill and capability. It began to get busy on day #3 and today just went up five notches of challenging. I’m the new kid on the block, I have a lot to catch up on. The department is a little in disarray.

I’m trying to get organized and very passionate about getting it all together for the investigators. I have a lot on my mind, a lot of ideas to create some structure. I trust and pray that I am guided to make the right decisions.

I am tired, but hopeful to rise above the doubtful thoughts that come up. I have to remember to continue my meditation and morning rituals for motivation. I’m starting from scratch, jump in and fill in the blanks and take action. All the Best!
