I hope everyone is doing okay. I’m journaling right now and thinking what tasks to focus on the most. I don’t know where to begin.

I have to be productive and as I’m working away be organized because I’ll get lost in the process. There’s many tasks that need urgent attention. I feel good, I want to get to work, it’s strange that I do want to work. Things are moving in the right direction for me. I have a passion for this job, there’s a light that just ignited inside of me. My old co-workers are also inviting me to coffee. It’s as if I’m finding my tribe, again of the same mindset, we have things in common.

I am making a commitment to succeed here. I have the knowledge, know most processes and learning the investigators will be a small challenge. There’s a new energy, new pace and a new me. I’m starting from scratch. I am breaking from old habits from the past, 1% positive each day. I’m brainstorming right now, creating and trying to start a new foundation and rebuild this department.
