I hope everyone is doing okay. Very interesting comment I received today.

In the end I was perfect, she says? This is my supervisor telling me as we’re on our regular Tuesday call. The reason I am perfect according to her is because I have given over the manual on how my replacement is able to structure and go through the checklist and “how to” lists. I was able to put some structure in place otherwise my mind would’ve been scrambled with so much information in bits and pieces and I made it make sense. I continue to update the lists and procedures on how to complete tasks.

My tasks are full of information in action steps, well documented and leaves nothing to question. I’m not perfect, but I do value my reputation and do quality work despite how I was treated. She doesn’t have to put me on a pedestal to try and convince me to stay. All the Best!
