I hope everyone is doing okay.

I appreciate the thought of a farewell lunch. I received an email from the Director today asking to take me lunch before I separate from this organization. The only day she has available is tomorrow, Tuesday 2/20/24 and there was no other time available for her. This week is the last 3.5 days remaining before I separate permanently. Although I understand she has obligations and at times given to her at the last minute she really doesn’t have to force it by only offering the one day where I also am not available. I respectfully declined which she knew would be the only response I could give and left it up to me to say no and I did.

I appreciate the time given back to me so I can get my personal matters in place and enjoy my day so I am ready for the next chapter of my career. All the Best!
