I hope everyone is doing okay.

I had a good day today. I have been talking to former co-workers and meeting a couple new moms through my son’s basketball league. I have an opportunity to talk to others outside of my normal, small circle.

I have had an opportunity to give back in a small way with donations of foods and donation of money. Today, I also spoke to several moms at a birthday party. I connected with one mom in particular who I didn’t know have so much in common. I met her in the past but chatted briefly. It felt good to share the same emotions that we went through with our kids.

It’s okay to open up and I realized the current job has only suppressed and taken the social aspect of sharing and talking to anyone. There is no one. It’s surprising that there’s so many challenges so many of us are going through, some tough stuff. It’s okay to share, it’s safe to share. Wow! All the Best!
