I hope everyone is doing okay. I hope everyone stays safe. I live in a mostly humid and hot place and now we have a full-blown arctic blast coming through tonight, 1/15/24.
There’s something about my supervisor that she doesn’t want me to find out. But I now know. I got on a call with her as soon as I sat down to begin working at 8am. She was sounding worried to try and convince me not to talk or explain processes and not have a conversation with the lady that is leaving our department. My supervisor has been a bully to her sending her several emails (10) today when she hadn’t asked a question about a particular project since I’ve been on board, and it’s been 9 months. It’s terrible to watch, but at least the nice lady is leaving. She has been graceful in her responses. My supervisor strikes me as a chihuahua that barks but doesn’t bite when you push back. Lol!
She does send me 10-12 Skype messages in one minute so I’m no stranger to it. All the Best!
