I hope everyone is doing okay.

Time and time again I have proved my ability to do each job. Interviews have escalated from 30 minutes, 1.5 hours to 3 hours now. I made the 2nd round of interviews for the open manager position and this time it will be an additional 2 hours on top of the 45 minutes I have already given to this process.

I spent my career learning, educating, training and gaining experience in various jobs and capacities. I guess I was not convincing enough for them? They have a lot more experience under their belt for them not to realize if someone is or not the right person for the position unless they have not done the job in the past?

I am going on a much needed vacation and I am not willing to give up my vacation time for a potential situation. I know my time is valuable, my self-love and my personal relationships. I respectfully declined. I need a break from it all. All the Best!
