I hope everyone is doing okay.

Thanks to the holiday season things slowed down from overwhelming to busy, having time to clean up and take care of a couple reports to outside agencies, update tasks and be halfway ready for the next month-end close of books. I began to think of this job and that it should contribute to bring out the best in myself and have the proper support to move forward. This is not the case here. I’m not looking for the perfect job, only support and direction. It’s no longer enough to hear, “We will get there.” Okay we will, when? What’s the plan and how long will it take? There is no communication, only chaos and reaction to situations. This is all unhealthy for me.

I had a really nice interview today. The energy and vibe was gentle and understanding. I’m not a stranger to hard work, but the attitude is everything. I was inspired and saw the connection between them and that is good news. We had a natural work conversation, didn’t feel like an interview and that made me feel good. All the Best!
