Getting news out to the right people, on time and in detail your message will be well received and spread. With the right attitude, frustration diminishes and change happens, it’s not easy, but you have to know how to lead at any level. Taking accountability, being goal-oriented and able to track information is key here, a very crucial thing that people haven’t been able to maintain here, hence the frustration.

I have had to carry and maintain to campaign for myself, battle after battle I can’t win them all. My persistence to continue despite the blocks and justification and evidence for one task to be completed, yes takes both! I act my own way, genuine despite the odds, but it’s getting noticed. This is me – who I am.
