I hope everyone is able to take a day to spend with your family and/or those you love. I pray that the ones still working today can find some time of peace and can share even if it’s with a co-worker, not alone. I’m thankful for all of it.

To increase the chance of making friends or more friends and face your true path and get out of your comfort zone. I want to find a new beginning that is gratifying – a position to enjoy the people and work. I can’t be quiet any longer. That step was taken this week of a pending interview outside this organization and I recently applied to an internal one with another department to step up and step out. This is a bold move for me to find a new group. It is a nerve racking step, but I have to be ferocious to get myself out of this shadow. I can’t and won’t speak up because there is not a battle here, but of boredom only. This type of redundancy is not using my skillset at all. I want a job that matters. Clarity will be found out of the shadow of loneliness.
