I hope everyone is doing okay.

I don’t understand why I am being dragged into day 4 on the same task. I’m confused as to why I should be involved in something so mundane. My co-worker is still being trained on basic tasks and I’m trying to complete very high level tasks that are unrelated to her training.

Today is day 4 of going over the same task. There is nothing new, no new information. I’m not learning the general ledger, I’m auditing transactions. I was asked to assign a few tasks to the co-worker for the investigators I’m assigned to. Yesterday we got on a call for another 45 minutes to go over the same transactions. Then co-worker called me again and we spoke for half hour over the same transactions? What’s going on here? Today at 9:05am we’re on a call yet again on the same thing. The co-worker is asking if she’s on the right track if we were on two phone calls just yesterday and she supposedly understood.

I see it, I get it. She’s really just doing and not understanding. I cannot and will not be witness to in agreeing with anyone on what I think. She’s not my employee, not my hire and it’s not on me to make that decision or have opinion. All the Best!
