Hope everyone is doing okay.

I am beginning to catch on to the segregated and broken system. It doesn’t make sense to me, but I’m making it work for me, not sure how I do it, I just do? I am beginning to understand how it works, making it click for me and I’m producing – not producing high volume as opposed to what I’m used to in past jobs. There are eyes watching me as I begin cleaning old, open items, report and research thoroughly.

I’m now being tested at what I taught myself that no one trained me on. I was taught the concept, but not taught how to generate anything related to this department. I feel pretty good that I taught myself and do my due diligence leaving things clear and no questioned of my results. I brought skills with me and they don’t know my full potential and complete skill set, but it’s slowly being put to the test.

I cannot fix the broken system, but I do help make sense of things. My super power is not a secret, I am my own ally. I learned from the best in the past. I don’t mind sharing to fix the broken. They might not want to change, change is difficult, but necessary. I hope they don’t wait long. All the best!
