I hope everyone is doing okay! Finally have internet full time and not being dropped off. It’s been hectic to work and blog. The storm really did some damage in one hour.
I have to talk about work, the process and training. I’m still taking training which this organization pushes so much and the mantra, branding and the name itself is of caring and compassion. The detail training related to your role from the department level suffers.
Hiring new people is not going to change anything if you don’t change the way you train someone. You are not changing and hoping for a different result. I’m no one to change her, but I’m also not going to miss a new opportunity once it comes up for me. You ask me to research and once I do you tell me, “it’s too much, you should not be doing their job.” I’m confused? It’s becoming obvious whether I will choose to continue or accept this type of working condition. People are disconnected today front the real meaning of support. I’m starting to see I am shaped and trained differently. This is a very segregated culture. I don’t cut corners and I am a matter of fact person, not get close to and make it an okay situation. What the heck?
